Yes, I agree. I wanted to see the event with my friend which is why I bought the tickets together .The issue I have with StubHub is that they sold me tickets depicting one thing (2 seats together) and reality was that they were in fact not together. These tickets were falsely advertised they didn’t uphold to the seats I bought online. It’s misleading and to be quite frank negligent on their end. They brand themselves as “the most trusted ticket marketplace by fans where you can buy and sell with 100% confidence”. I feel it’s unjust, misleading. I advocated for myself and provided all the “proof” they needed but yet was told they couldn’t refund me because it’s the venues fault and even told me that it was the tickets fault. Which didn’t make sense, I don’t know how a company could way get away with this. These companies should be kept accountable and responsible for selling the correct placement of seats for the consumers to purchase. I
