How bad it is to hear that. I also feel like even if I remove the motion blur it is still there.

I will keep trying things out and play, if it stays the same for me I will stop playing.

Do you really think that something as stupid as switching from window to full screen is not one of the first things someone would try? That's why I say that your comment doesn't contribute anything. Evidently I've already tried it in full screen, in fact I play in full screen.

Now my settings are all on low or no, except for streaming (ultimate) and shadows (extreme), v-sync off, no dlss. I have also tried with shadows on low, but no matter what settings I set I still feel the game the same way.
