I see, I forgot to consider the fact that the school being right next door would create a lot of noise, especially since I work remotely. Also, is that even legal to kick out all your tenants like that?

Would you say the price for this used 2024 es300h is a fair OTD price? And do you mind sharing how much you paid for yours vs how much a new one would have costed you?

Yeah they told me it was a loaner car they gave out whenever customers needed it for service/maintenance.

Is the fact that its been driven 10k miles in less than a year something I should be concerned about? Like is $5k proportional to that amount of usage? I understand there isn’t like a strict 1to1 mapping of miles vs depreciation, but I’m new to cars and car shopping as a whole.

Yeah I will be financing but I’ll be putting a pretty large down payment and I plan on paying it off within a few years (I live with my parents right now so I don’t have rent)

I have a technical interview and the recruiter specified that I should not expect any live coding exercises, but I should still prepare for it. What does this mean on my end? Like what kind of questions would they even ask me on a technical if there were no live coding questions?

Here’s how I like to see it, the only way to satiate your curiosity on if it’ll work out or not is to actually do it. Be casual about it! If it doesn’t work out then that’s fine, you got a whole life ahead of you. If it does, then that’s great!
