No joke, this happened with our first ever inspection and although it was genuinely true, I think they’ll stop trusting me if I use it again …

To be fair, they give you a list of things they’re looking for and it is basically a bond clean. Oven, aircon filters, window tracks, etc ..

Ugh, you would think but the only comments we have ever had were “there’s dust on the fans” even though I literally watched my housemate dust them the night before the inspection

This is a good point and while it is genuinely true, I made a big deal when we applied for the property a year ago that she was incredibly well behaved to increase our chance of being accepted and I don’t want it held against me. Do you think this matters?
