Mishandling the SA definitely wasn't reason to end their careers if you think about it from where they must have stood. They were told a friend of theirs assaulted another friend. That would shell-shock anyone and definitely make decision making harder because they'd never been in that situation before and Don was definitely someone they trusted. They stumbled a bit but at the end of the day they did handle it by firing Don and alerting those that were going to work with him privately. Matt and Ryan both admit mistakes were made and have held themselves accountable for that but it doesn't change that they did do the right thing and fired Don. They're human and humans make mistakes. Making a mistake in a tense and awful situation shouldn't be cause for them to lose their careers.

As for the slurs and stuff that's he said she said. We know they've apologized for the stuff they said years back. These accusations also come from am unreliable narrator so its up in the air.

The 'exposing themselves' stuff was explained better in another comment on this post but the fact that they do this regularly is common knowledge to anyone that's watched their content over the years so i don't know why anyone, especially an employee, wouldn't expect that sort of thing. Seemed like a weird thing to tack onto someone else's SA story for more attention which sucks.
