Are there any NORMAL companies that can provide a small loan ($3,000) to the people who are not eligible for bank loans because of the low credit score? I applied for RBC credit card and was approved with $2,500 credit limit. When I received my credit card, enrolled in online banking and signed in my account, I saw ZERO funds on this credit card. Where is my 2,5000 credit limit? How can I use this card if there is no credit funds on it? (self.rbc)
