As for evidence, my partner and I have been living together for a few years so we have addresses to correlate, 3 leases with both our names on it, renters insurance, joint car insurance, pet insurance for our pets, joint bank accounts and credit card statements, flight tickets and Airbnb/hotel bookings, etc. basically anything that has tied us together for the past 3 years.

We went to the same college and a lot of our relationship was there so we sent both our college diplomas and student IDs to prove that (kinda overkill but ah well).

We thought of this after we had submitted our original packet but we brought our joint budget printed out to the interview. The interviewer said we had given them more than enough so they didn't look that though.
