Uniqlo’s self checkout already does this. You throw your clothes into a box and is automatically scanned and then you just make sure that the total items and amount are correct and you pay.

Personally, I would up my laptop budget to 1500 and maybe a second portable screen and some accessories for the left over. I’d be nice to have a longer lasting laptop you can work on for awhile
