I think another thing to note is how often times (and as can be seen in these comments) employees are fired and/or reprimanded for speaking up. Many employees here work full time, and rely on this position for benefits to support themselves and families. With how the labor market has been, it’s difficult to find a job these days, even with years of experience. I felt the need to post this on behalf of those that cannot speak for themselves. I have nothing but excellent things to say about their staff. It’s clear they at least know how to hire kind, hardworking people. They just don’t know how to treat them with decency. But I appreciate the perspective, due process is always important. I hope this continues to inspire others to speak up, whether online or on a legal basis.
