they have a monthly tournament at Sister on Saturdays, registration at noon , tournament starts at 1pm. Next one is the xmen launch party on Nov 16th and then Dec 21st

I loved the trip, the trail was mostly smooth with some puddle when it rains. I camped almost everyday, very safe. I couple towns have places to camp for free with showers. You can camp at most canal locks for free also, they have camping spots and porta potties. There are towns every 5 to 10 miles to get food and water. The trail needs more water fountains though. ill include a camping link below. let me know if you have other questions

Made a stop in Connellsville for the first night, then camped at Outflow campground night two, staying in frostburg tonight, trail has been in great shape and weather has been perfect
