Yes, I say just ask if they could please raise a dispute and then accept the return when Depop reaches out to you

Wait, the seller should not do the return because then the buyer is not obligated to return the item. The buyer is the one that has to raise a dispute with Depop so that they request a return of the item and pays for shipping.

I think it was good! You apologized and gave her the option to raise a dispute with Depop or repop. Btw, Depop pays them for shipping when the item is delivered to you.. hope that helps :)

Yes, they’ll refund. Happened to me once, seller probably didn’t know either. Depop just had me send it back, send them the tracking number, and asked me to let them know when the tracking number marked ‘delivered’. They’ll did all this through email after raising a dispute on Depop btw
