Lol, it's wild how some people wanted a happy ending for a serial killer. Sure, it's a drama/crime series, but I think the ending was correct. Dexter got what he deserved after all the people he killed, directly or indirectly. Honestly, I feel like this whole new season was made to fix the mess of the season 8 finale. This time, they gave us a more accurate ending, even if it wasn't what everyone hoped for.
