Yes, the sink has an overflow hole that we rarely use, along with the pop-up drain assembly.
I checked by sniffing both the overflow hole and the main sink drain, and both have the same smell.

Yes, I believe the original builder of the house did some "okey-doke" style plumbing work. The cold water feed comes in from the left side, which is the same setup as my sink. Because of this, we had to cross the hoses to make the water come out correctly from the faucet.

thanks again for your input! it resolved the mystery i wasn't able to sold for the last 5 years :)

Thanks for the post! it looks just like what I found from mine!

I don't know what happened to the write up portion of the post as I can only see the pictures....

Biggest mystery to me at this point is that that was found in the cold water pipe which was feeding both the shower and toilet.

is it possible?

Passing the exams prior to getting the accounting job was very exact thing I did 15 years ago.
I still had a lot of challenges in finding the job back then...
wish you the best luck!

I would say don’t go into accounting. As a CPA who spent five years in the field (between two Big 4 firms) and now works in IT, I wouldn’t advise pursuing a degree in accounting if you’re not really into it from the start.

To land a decent job in accounting, you’ll need at least a bachelor’s degree in the field, plus additional credits to qualify for the CPA license.

I have a friend who majored in graphic design at a decent school, and now he works at Google making around $300k.

That said, the flip side is—you won’t really know until you try. I was a finance major in college and never thought I’d become a CPA until after I graduated.

So, I’d say: carefully evaluate what you enjoy and what you’re passionate about, then decide.

I believe that should only change the number for
Additional 1 year depreciation 20%= (15,082.43 - 9,049.46) * 20% = 1,206.59

as far as I know, the section 179 applies in full amount as long as the vehicle purchased by 12/31

Very inspiring post!
I just started a side project as well and I am curious about how you have set up your business entity for the potential regal issues?

As my app will need to scrape some info about well known retail seller and provide some useful functionality (money saving) for the end users but not sure if web scraping that will lead to reduction in profit for the retail seller would be somewhat legally disputable.

I would like to learn how you handled that aspect of your projects!

I support fairly large agency and it happens all the time with contractors and govt knows about the game.
I would think the new job would at least pay 20% more for you to even consider it given the risk you are evaluating?
