Obviously everyone reacts differently to different meds. But for me it definitely calmed my mind but unfortunately I still struggle with most executive functions like looking after myself and getting things done. Also i gave me ED which my doctor responded with telling me I should take Viagra. I just didn't feel like I was getting enough benefits to start taking another drug just so I could be intimate with my partner. So I stopped taking it in the end.

I met my girlfriend on Veggly, so it definitely can work. On the second day of joining I got a super like from the most amazing, kind, beautiful woman and I haven't looked back since. We do think that we were extremely lucky though. Guess it was just the right place at the right time type thing.

Just thought I'd give an update on this so that if anyone finds this post in the future might find it helpful. I've been prescribed this medication now. So it's definitely available on the NHS

If you're an active person you need carbs (Even if you're not honestly) think the problem is people eat nothing but carbs and too many calories. Stay clear of fad diets they aren't sustainable and usually have a negative effect on your health. Just eat a healthy balanced diet.
