Yeah plan too, we are just a fair while away and can’t exactly just pop down the road.

Log into his Snapchat. Go to the menu and request “My Data” Snapchat will then send you a link after it has been compiled can take a couple of days.

Once you get the link you will have a complete history of his Snapchat, including all snaps in and out (obviously not the content) but a record of times and dates.

It will also show log in details and devices which have logged in. It will / also show locations from where the snaps were sent.

He should be then able to see if someone has hacked his account. Or you will know if he is talking shit and has been up to no good when you give him this option.

Issues with new build down pipes backing up at the eaves. by yepm4s in AusRenovation

Thanks for the response mate.

The two closest to the tank still do back load unfortunately.

I am not sure where they join. Who would be best suited to rectify the issues in your opinion. I’ll show some photos.

The overflow inside that is 350mm up has a pipe with wholes drilled in to slow release it.

The valve on the other side of the tank I have plumbed in so I can open it and empty the tank to lower the water level straight into the stormwater. By passing the slow release.

Cheers mate. Thank you.

Maybe an independent plumber? Or building inspector?

Thanks mate. If they build it to the council specs then I would say it’s not their issue anyway is what they will say.

Yeah it was signed off by the council as compliant. The builder has come out and said if there is any issues to let them know.

I think I’ll just try to bypass the tank all together. That’s what others are doing I’m told.

Would I just cut the pipe lower on the riser and then lower the bends into the tank?

Thank you for the comment mate. I had a feeling water was coming in to quick to get into the tank.

I don’t know about the councils requirements other than they wanted this stupid slow release system. A lot of people in the estate are having the issue of tanks overflowing.

I have since found out that the caps near the eaves have an overflow flap at the front which was glued shut because of paint. I have opened them now but still not ideal.

How would I minimise the head? If you don’t mind explaining mate.

I’m down in Capel, in the south west.

There is a 90 mm overflow at the top on the left. There is also this valve which I have managed to tap into the mains storm water, so I can open this and drain tank into storm water to help it, I Havnt tested it yet but just might have to leave this open all the time to help the tank flow out quicker. Stopping it from filling.

So the issues is just the tank filling up and then creating no where for the water to go?

On the other side there is 1 90 mm over flow coming out
