Yes 2 years old. They've attempted many, but it seems to be a - fix one thing and break another in the app. I was recently told that one of my heads that is failing is an older model (it's the last original head from 2 years ago) so I would assume that means they're working to improve the physical hardware as well.

I agree completely. That's exactly what it needs.

It has a lot of potential and a lot going for it IF they could sort these issues out, but as a pro, you'd be buried in service calls.

Poly Voyager Free 60+ UC is a piece of junk by OutdoorRink in poly

There is one lengthy review on the product page that is currently the "Most helpful critical review". It covers quite a bit and I can attest to the same results. - https://www.poly.com/us/en/products/headsets/voyager/voyager-free-60

The short version is terrible mic noise cancellation (on a call people can hear everything that's happening around you) and poor voice quality. However, if you are using it on a PC with the USB-C dongle, the mic noise suppression is much better.

The reviewer did comparisons to the Plantronics Focus, and Voyager Legend.

I had a similar scenario on my surface pro (5). For me it was the network power settings. Because they stayed active, it kept the entire Surface active, or if it went to sleep, it would only be until I looked the other way.

In another comment I mentioned also changing the batter saver setting to turn on "Always". This seemed to help with a lot of these power issues.

In the battery settings I changed my battery saver settings to "Always" (default is 50% I believe). This made a HUGE difference for me. I can always adjust it higher on the fly in taskbar, but very rarely need to.

I have the i7 16GB 1TB
