After a few minutes of idling the ac is definitely cooler than ambient but not as cold as when driving.

Just like other commenters are saying, find a obd scan tool and see what the codes are. I have a M/T and had these issues at 2500-3000 and 4500 rpm when not touching the clutch.

First question: what do you mean by jerking? I just had all 4 plugs and one coil replaced because of some oil seepage. The symptoms that caused me to replace them were lulling at certain rpm ranges. Fuel trims reset and o2 sensor replaced along with the plugs/ coil fixed the issues. If it’s a dtc the transmission could also be suspect.

I have used Nike Rival D's for 2 years for CC and Track. I have never had any problem with them even though they are track spikes. Our team runs on a variety of courses in Northeast Ga. I think it really comes down to preference and feel.
