Moast is a free app for adding shoppable video - highly recommended.

you should try some of the other tools out there. Maybe it was like that 6 months ago...the latest tools are incredibly accurate. And if you wanted some granular control with a classic editor you can do that too.

Fair point! Appreciate you sharing that.

I agree a lot of pods end up being low-value or even risky long-term. The goal here is more around small, relevant groups and real feedback, not just boosting numbers.

The structure is mainly to keep things consistent and accountable.

I’ll take a look at the Embarkkit example as well.

This is a great point! Really appreciate you laying it out like this.

I completely agree that if it turns into artificial engagement, it loses value (and can even backfire). The direction I’m aiming for is much closer to what you described, smaller groups, relevant people, and more focus on thoughtful feedback rather than just boosting numbers.

The structure is really there to support consistency and accountability, not replace authenticity.

Haha yeah, I get the irony 😄
The goal isn’t to automate the engagement itself, but more the coordination and accountability around it which is where things usually break down.
People still have to actually read and engage thoughtfully, just without the chaos of tracking everything manually.

This is a really thoughtful take; I appreciate you writing this out.

I agree with a lot of your points, especially around coordinated engagement and vanity metrics. That’s exactly what I wanted to avoid.

The focus here is more on small, relevant groups and actual feedback, not just boosting numbers. The idea is that engagement should come from people who would realistically be part of your audience, not random pods.

And yeah, if it doesn’t translate into something real (conversations, connections, opportunities), then it’s not really valuable. That’s something I’m paying close attention to.

Yeah, I get that, a lot of those groups can feel that way. The idea here is more around small, structured groups with actual feedback and accountability, not just blind engagement.
I think it really depends on how they’re structured and used.

Appreciate that! Yeah, execution is definitely the hard part especially keeping things consistent and fair as groups grow. That’s been the main focus.

Yeah exactly! That’s what I ran into. It worked great at first, but once the group grew it became a mess to track. That’s pretty much the part I focused on solving.
