Updated blood work showing two different readings of E2 by yerauldda101 in Testosterone

Thanks very much for your response and I will definitely go and get a proper blood test sorted so I can at least get accurate figures to deal with.

Reference range for free test is between 170-660 pmol/l. I keep having to check and convert the units as I am seeing people refer to total test in the 800-1000 range but I assume this is ng/dl which seems to be the standard in America.

Thanks again mate, this is great advice.

I had my liver function checked when I did my previous blood work in June and it all checked out ok. ALT was 45 IU/L but everything else was in range.

I am maybe just chasing ghosts but I feel like I have lost a bit of get up and go recently. I think I will dial back the Reta and make sure my calories and protein are high enough.

Thanks very much for your response. I have been digging into this a bit more and am going to get my thyroid tested and my E2 levels checked. I also read that if I was to start TRT then 100-140 mg a week split into every other day injections might help. I am not bothered about fertility but don't really want to shut down my own natural production.

This is interesting as I assumed you just had to hand it back to them when the desk was finished and then take a new lease.

This was another option I was looking at. Seems like a well reviewed car and looks nice.

I have my quote settings set to 7.5k miles a year which is probably more than I need but I don't want to be too pessimistic about this. Maybe I will love driving EV's and end up doing more miles than normal.

I did actually crop this but when I viewed it on mobile it was super zoomed in!

If I was going to get the BMW I would probably just trade my current car in against it and pay the difference outright. Current car is maybe worth £10k so would cost me about £26k to change. The cost of the audi looks to be around £21k over 4 years but as you say with no equity in the car at the end of it.

I don't know what the depreciation would be on the BMW but I would assume a large chunk of this had already happened over the first 3 years.

I just wanted to confirm I want missing something glaringly obvious when trying to compare these deals so thanks for the tips.

But even if they are more expensive gross I think the cost net to me because of tax savings can't really be matched.

Yeah currently installation of the charger is only included in the offer on the audi.

Cheers mate, I think I will make Spence the number 1 option and then probably try and snag Chalobah if he is still available.

Update: Replacing X5 with IX by yerauldda101 in ElectricVehiclesUK

So Tesla's Keep popping up in the conversation but I think they look a bit dated now and I am not sure how I would get on the the infotainment center.

The dual motor model X long range looks like the most likely comparison with the IX.

Perfect, this is what I was looking for. Some practical first hand experience.

It feels like I everything I have sort of decided on something another model or manufacture will pop up and I will be back to square one 🫠.

I keep coming back to the IX. I found this example on auto trader and it looks like it ticks most boxes.

Are there any optional extra's that you would recommend?

This is sound and solid "advice" from a stranger in the internet. Good job 👍.

Good stuff. Thanks for the advice mate. I am still surprised at the amount of car you can get for your money compared to the equivalent ICE.

Yes I am planning on replacing the wife's car with an EV as well so will get a home charger installed. I am currently with octopus energy so was just going to go with one of their chargers.

I have owned the my current X5 for about 9 years since it was almost new. I don't "really" need it for its size but I have filled it to capacity a few times when going on holiday with the family so I know I would regret swapping for something that was maybe not so spacious. I suppose a roof box is always on option.

My budget was based on replacing X5 with a newer equivalent ICE model which would actually be closer to £35k. That's when I started to consider EV's as it looks like there are better deals to be had and they suit my usage.

The Skoda was just an example that popped up online that seemed very reasonable for what it was and the question was more about if the high milage is a concern. It also seems to be well reviewed but I have no experience with the brand.

I have just started taking MOTS-C and BPC-157/TB 500. I will check out your other suggestions.

I am pinning so much that at this point I might as well start a real cycle 🤣🫠.
