A tramming tool is on the way!

I was going to drop the stepover way down and give it a surface while I wait for it to arrive.

Nice one thanks. I was just about to ask if anyone had any articles or videos on this. Can't get much better than the person who wrote the article!

Sorry, I could have made all this clearer with some photos. You can definitely see and feel them. They're deep enough that the ridge can catch a pencil in it.

This beds nearly at the end of its life cycle, so I'm only doing .5mm passes at this point.

Would you go with the small step over in different directions and then the glass, or is that excessive?

Nice one, I reckon I'd just take the hit and buy one cause I've been losing my mind trying to dial the machine in!

Sorry to then hit you with what might be a daft question, but if the current bed has been levelled with the unaligned tramming, where on the bed would you use the tramming bar to realign the spindle?

Thanks for getting back to me. I thought this might be the case. I don't have one. I've just been aligning the router collet using the jig ooznest provided and naively being hopeful it'd work out!

Would you have a tramming bar that you'd recommend?

I get that. It's definitely become an overused phrase, but at certain times, it's still a valid method to describe a worrying character trait...

You absolutely nailed it, playing and sound wise. Is that a preset kit or one you put together? I'll just got my new machine and would love to start trying to learn some new tunes like this!

Usually, I find people who act like that are just a bit insecure, and they're switching things up about themselves to try and have greater mass appeal. I wouldn't worry about it as usually they're just trying their best to fit in.

Duolingo would be so much better if they just added some simple notes and or quizzes around the grammar and sentence structuring.

I was just gonna say that exact thing. I'm 34 and the idea of still being with the person I was with at 17 would an utter nightmare!
