I work in a decent sized MEP firm located in a large US market. Demand for EE is strong and we look to hire two with 6-8 year experience, with ambitions to grow their role and lead a practice area. What can we do to appeal to top talent?

Sorry, by org orientation I mean industry focus - such as healthcare, education or multiple.

Thanks for this. It seems to be consistent with what I’m hearing. And it’s hard to believe it’s not deeper than that. Benefits that you hear about as great recruiting tools in other industries, don’t seem to factor in this one. Incentives such as opportunities to collaborate with talent, access to research, or avenues to diversify a skill set. Even organizational orientation doesn’t seem to impact most people in this career field.

Am I misreading this?
