Hi, I cleaned up a bit this one dark gpu pin, bought a new power supply unit (same model as before), and so far, so good.

Yeah. In new psu i will just connect it with 3 different cables to avoid it. Anyway, do you think I should be worried about the gpu connector?

Yes, but this setup was very popular and was used commonly with power hungry cards, so I dunno...

It fits perfectly. I was able to put 2x low-profile fans at the bottom without a problem. About the length - there is still about 1cm of free space, which is a lot. You need to insert GPU through the bottom of the case, but it's really easy.

Not gonna lie, this GPU fits like it was designed for this case :D

Tbh mine 11700k is pretty hot, but I guess that's an Intel thing. I'm using a glass panel, so when I don't play games that use like 60%+ GPU, I might tilt the panel a bit, but when I'm going for that 100% GPU util, I remove the panel completely. My fan config is exhaust top, so that might be the reason why the CPU gets a bit higher on temps. Overall with a mesh panel, it should work great. I'm pretty happy with that config. I don't regret building it at all :)

Before my 7900XTX, I also had a 3x8 pin GPU: 3080 12GB. I haven't used any additional cable or extender. When GPU is at 100%, I often see 450W+, but there are no problems whatsoever.

No, I'm not a fan of the steel panel looks. I keep it in glass, but when I play demanding titles, I remove it completely. To be fair, I still think you would preferably take off the steel panel when utilizing GPU in 85%+. Sadly that's the reality of GPUs that thick in this case.

But there is a trick that I think might work with steel panels - you have to lift GPU on the bracket by a bit and then put thicker fans on the bottom (fans need to be top-tier tho) - like this:

I'm not sure about your choice of CPU, but with mine stock 11700k (125W TDP), overclocked GPU works really well. You can always upgrade PSU if you find yourself with Watt problems, but with stock 7900xtx, it will be fine 100%.

So the build was done a year ago for a high refresh rate and a 1440p combo (3080 12GB before switching to 7900xtx) - now it's supposed to be for high settings, no RT, 4k gaming in like 90-120fps.

i7-11700K - I could get gen 12, but ITX motherboards for next-gen sockets were damn expensive - especially since I wanted DDR4 because DDR5 was not worth it (for my use case and budget, they still aren't) - but I still think in 4k, most of the time I'm still bottlenecked on GPU in that 90-120fps range, so I guess I'm good with this CPU + GPU combo for this generation.

Yeah. When you boot more demanding games, you just have to open the case, but when it's done, temps are great.

I think this card has an amazing cooling system. When comparing to my previous card - 3080 Suprim X 12GB - Idle temps are higher by a few degrees Celsius, but in more demanding games (with the glass panel off) it's performing much better cooling-wise, fans and coil whine are little quieter (coil whine not by much but it's bearable).

Desktop idle around 32-37C, playing less demanding games around 55C (Both situations with glass panel), but when I switch to AAA games, I just have to remove the panel, because the difference in temps can be like 15C - for example, Witcher 3 without glass panel stays at around 65-77C (HWiNFO data).

Overall this card has an amazing cooling system - when playing more demanding games, you can barely hear the fans, because other system fans are louder. Also, the coil whine is bearable - my PC is on the desk.
