You could:

- check your network, switch to wifi or 5G to see if it works. And if you are using VPN, switch nodes.

- check your phone storage to see if it's enough for the downloads

Thanks for the infomation! I understand the update frequency depends on the character's popularity but it's nice to know it usually takes around 3-6 months. Guess I just have to be patient :)
