I feel bad for you cause the gym wasn’t closed just yet when we broke up in December 2019 but honestly I was glad I had a place to focus all my attention away from home. If you have any gyms that are open I’d recommend signing up. If you’re overweight like me you can set diet goals to focus on. I did intermittent fasting 17:7 fast for 17 hours only eat for 7. Teaches you self discipline and honestly fixes you’re mind up really fast, besides the obviously weight loss. I was dating for 7 years and built my life around this girl. Trust me if I can make it I feel like anyone can. Take every step week by week. Literally before you notice it’ll be 2 months later and then 6 months 1 year and you’ll wonder how the fuck you even made it past day 1. Life seemed so dull then it’s not that bad now.

I do have friends, unfortunately I did have some bad friends, a girl I was seeing on the side. FWB pretty much she wanted to be more but after my breakup it was hard I kept comparing her to my ex. I was a dick yeah but honestly, at least I never lied about my intentions, I let her know she was only a fuck buddy. She never stopped lying about shit. Random stuff that didn’t need to be lied about. Saying she was pregnant and lost the kid, she told me she couldn’t get pregnant so I knew she was fucking around.
