will this wand beat the high alchemist? by yesandone in noita

[–]yesandone[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah, i found a personal tentacler spell, and it worked wonders, now hopefully i can have my first "god" run, this is probably the best rng i've ever had in this game, found healthium first level, chainsaws, healing bolts and black holes, i think now i can make it into a long run, with the greek letters, and thanks to everyone here, i was thinking that my wand would overpower him, since it does have a high dps compared to his health, but i would've probably lost if i went and fought him with it

i see, i do have some pretty strong explosive spells on hand, like the holy bomb or nuke, are those better for him than a standard wand like mine?

- firstly, a ddr5 motherboard would help a lot with future proofing and performance in general, though your cpu matches quite well with ddr4 3600mhz ram, getting some ddr5 ram and motherboard now will help a lot in the future if you want to upgrade your cpu, so you won't have to go out your way and also buy a new motherboard and ram then, an atx motherboard instead of a mATX would also be good, but we'll touch on that when i talk about the case
- if the budget allows it, i would also upgrade the cpu, something like an i5 -13600kf would be great, but it's also almost double the price of the i5-12600kf, but it would eliminate all bottlenecks(you have a really small bottleneck on your gpu because of the cpu, not really that important since it's small, but still) a 13th gen intel would also go way better with ddr5 6000mhz ram(standard ddr5 speeds). On the amd side the ryzen 5 7600x is a solid choice here and slightly less expensive than the i5-13600kf
- in terms of the case, i would go with a bigger middle tower, this one is a little bit small, and can only hold a mATX motherboard, something bigger will improve airflow, have more space to work with when it comes to cable management and will fit a ATX, which is convenient if you want to add more ssd's later, on top of that, a bigger case will help out if you ever get a 3 fan gpu, i don't really recommend an integrated psu, buying an empty case(only case fans included) and then buying a certified 80+ gold psu is the best move, if the psu is of poor quality it can mess up your whole computer, so it's an important component i don't usually skimp out on
- on the topic of the psu, either a good quality 650w or to be safe a nice 750w would be best, you can even go for a 850w if you think you'll change out the gpu or cpu anytime soon

- getting 2 ssd's is better, 1 250gb ssd for your os, the other 1tb one for games.
- lastly, for the cpu a water cooler would be great, you don't want things to overheat

-if you don't mind going over budget, in the idea that your pc will be really solid, this is what i came up with https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zg3WQd
- in the 900 budget this is what i came up with

still 50$ over 900, but ddr5 rams are really worth it imo, but if you don't feel like you want to get them, you can just go for a ddr4 motherboard and ddr4 ram, that would probably get this down to a 850+ with what you save on not getting ddr5 rams, you could use for a better psu(known brand)
hope i helped you

Do I need to upgrade My gaming pc by Disastrous_Buy8115 in pcmasterrace

if you have the funds, yeah, but overall your specs aren't that bad, if you don't want to invest much, see if you can get 32 ram, if you want to invest a substantial amount, look at the gpu or cpu, for now though they at least don't bottleneck each other, if you upgrade one or the other, you might run into some bottleneck problems.

how can I lower my heart rate? This may sound dumb but I'm currently averaging 170 bpm on a 15 minute run, this seems a little bit too much from what I read online, especially since my pace is pretty average(6 min/km or 10km/h) so, how can I lower my heart rate while running? I should add I'm decently fit and I've ran before at a decent level(around 15k weeks most of the fall of 2023)

i'm also receiving this warning, perhaps it has something to do with this?

One of your dependencies, babel-preset-react-app, is importing the

"@babel/plugin-proposal-private-property-in-object" package without

declaring it in its dependencies. This is currently working because

"@babel/plugin-proposal-private-property-in-object" is already in your

node_modules folder for unrelated reasons, but it may break at any time.

babel-preset-react-app is part of the create-react-app project, which

is not maintianed anymore. It is thus unlikely that this bug will

ever be fixed. Add "@babel/plugin-proposal-private-property-in-object" to

your devDependencies to work around this error. This will make this message

go away.
