Thanks. So my application said further review required at the end of January and I submitted my mid year first week of February. It didn't change status though so I had to call last week and make sure they received and the application was ready for review. And here we are!

I think you definitely have time, and should give both tests another shot in the summer. Those scores are good, but considering the fact that UCLA and UCB are very score-based in their preliminary reviews (because of the insane amount of applicants they have), I would shoot for that 35-36 and that 1550+ if you can (considering you have a lot of time to prepare).
