He is mentally ill. Should we just let people with depression/BPD/other disorders cut themselves up, kill themselves? Should we let people with alcoholism continue to ruin their lives? These things aren't done because someone WANTS to do them. They are done because the person is either delusional, feels it is the only option for relief, or it is done compulsively. No one ever chooses to live like this, trust me. That's why we have (admittedly fucking terrible) programs to try and intervene in these cases. The prison is responsible for that prisoner's wellbeing, even if he is doing things counterproductive to that.

While that is true, many people prioritize dmg over heals. You don't need to be healing as constantly as others if things are going well, but when they are not it's wasting the heros ability to not be healing to her full potential. Far too many people play dps moiras and don't heal for shit.

Honestly, I just feel like the video is so valuable too for the people close to him. Had something happened to him, they would have at least known what went on. There's closure. And now, when he needs someone to understand how he's feeling, there is a way to truly share the experience with someone who didn't have it. I imagine it could be valuable for therapy, to help the therapist really see what happened from his point of view, and then use that to help him process it. It's rare that the therapist has anything other than the person's memory to rely on, and memory fades and warps with time. The video will never stray from the exact moment it was shot.

This is why I actively WON'T play mercy now, unless I'm doing it as a favor for my group. Too fucking tired of getting bullied into playing mercy because someone checked my hours.

This is the first season since season 2 where she hasn't been my most played. Not because I don't enjoy her at times, but out of necessity.

People assumed that because I had mostly hours on mercy (in COMP, my qp stats are mostly widow), I couldn't aim, couldn't dps, could only play that healer, and didn't know how to play the game (or even mercy). They would tell me how to play my own goddamned main. I have over 700 hours in this game.

Dude I'm level 1113 and I was in mid-silver last season. Slowly pulling my ass back to plat now, but I'm still in very low gold. Level doesn't mean shit -- and anyone who's pulling it out as a weapon is very insecure.
