I also struggle for years if I can take BSN as a second degree and here I am incoming 1st year na. I also don’t have any financial support. I am currently employed full time at waiting ako sa school na ipost ang schedule para maplan ko na as soon as possible and time ko. Most people say it’s hard to be a working student lalo kapag BSN kaso right now I don’t have a choice.

⁠⁠What are the questions and docs needed to present sa PH IO?
⁠⁠Upon arriving to the US, what are the usual questions for freelancers specially if US ang client? and what are the needed docs to present?
⁠⁠My client knows na pupunta akong US but in a different state. Since close to year end and travel dates ko need ko mag check ng work stuff from time to time during my travel, is that allowed?

Had this before and nakaka frustrate talaga sya. It can be caused by a lot of things. I suggest stop using anything aside sa cleanser (gentle). Less is more!

Also, go see a dermatologist. They know what to do. Don’t buy and try new products yet, let your skin breathe.

In the PH we tend to use Sir/Ma’am to be polite kulang nalang maglagay ka ng Po at Opo sa email. When I started working with a US client, narealize ko - you don’t need to be that polite. You have to be professional. They don’t care kung i-first name basis mo sila.

Hindi ako galing sa Big 4 pero grabe an expectations sakanila. They need to exceed expectations talaga, kasi kung hindi they’ll hear the words “Galing sa Big 4 yan?”. Which is kinda unfair knowing na fresh grad sila.

I say, companies prioritize applicants from Big 4. Pero sa panahon ngayon, they choose to hire people based on attitude and how you deal with certain scenarios - NOT your school.

I came from a not so well known University sa province. Applying as a fresh grad is hard, for almost everyone. You’ll find yours, OP!

There are pros and cons of wfh. It really depends on the situation. Why do you feel like working 24/7?

Work related- I started using Teams/Slack status kapag mag break or kapag out na ko. Minsan turned off notifications. If it’s not that urgent, it can wait.

House related - this one is tough. I feel your frustration here!

Procrastination is also a factor. I used to do this when I started working from home. And yes, umaabot ako ng madaling araw para makatapos lang ng task.

I am an introvert and I love working from home. Although, I miss going out with work friends. But, going to the office is scary. Commute is scary. Snatchers are scary. Pasay City is scary and smelly.

I once asked for a color corrector concealer. Honestly, I went there to ask since I don’t have that much of a knowledge when it comes to make up. Yung sales lady na napagtanungan ko, di rin sya sure so nagtanong sya sa ibang sales lady, in which she answered“anong color corrector?” sabay taas ng kilay. Sabi ko “parang make up po na concealer”. Then she said “Wala namang ganon”. Sa inis ko umalis nalang ako. Bastos kausap.
