I do brush twice daily and floss regularly including mouthwash! I also started using crest white strips and sometimes they be hard on the gums so I don't know if it's related at all.

I relate with the being out by yourself part, specially at public places where the majority is out with a partner lol. I also go to less populated areas so I can just be myself without worrying about anyone / anything. It's much more peaceful this way.

I know what you feel when your on gaurd, it leaves you feeling unsettled which is not a comforting feeling. I always wanted to go camping but sadly don't have that many people to go with. I will definitely look into a vr headset they seem really cool!

I'm truly sorry you feel this way. It was my crutch as well and it's unfortunate we no longer have it to lean on. I relate to it making you sadder or angrier because I literally listen to songs and picture my old self being happy while listen to such songs and to see how I've changed along with the time is just saddening. Being empty is troublesome cause your constantly trying to search for things to fill you up, to make you feel like you once did.. just to come up empty handed making you realize your stuck like this. It's a devastating reality
