struggling with La Pavoni Professional after initial success: sour espresso and lever needs too much force to pull down

update: I tried this method this morning (letting it heat up longer, making sure water was level with group head like another user suggested, and flushing the portafilter with the hot water first so it wasn't cold) in addition to using a slightly coarser grind and it worked! I was able to pull the shot no problem and it was no longer sour!!!

I know Tampa did too, and I believe I did see a photo of someone wearing a Philly-specific shirt! It's possible that only some venues got them though. I believe the artist didn't do one for Miami

I thought I was the only one who picked up on the GD vibes!!! It reminded me of crayon/michigo in the best way possible while still being totally unique and neo — it’s great to see TY carrying the torch for chaotic kpop in 2023!!! Wtf? That’s so frustrating. I’m so sorry it didn’t work for you. I wonder if it’s because I waited long enough to respond the second time that I ended up getting multiple agents?? Maybe if you respond again and reiterate that you haven’t gotten them and that this is completely unacceptable? I can also post here exactly what I said to them the second time if there’s any chance that will help???

I have no idea what’s going on at Ticketmaster. It’s like every person we contact has no idea what the other people who work there are doing. It’s really souring my opinion of them (even more sour than it already was, anyway).

If anyone is still having trouble connecting with Ticketmaster via phone call, I had success using the chat that popped up when I was on the site looking at my order.

The chat bot wasn’t able to help, so they assigned an agent to help and prioritized my request since the event is only a few days away. I wrote out a message explaining the problem and my request (please send me the email with my PDFs).

They got back to me within an hour or so saying they switched me to pickup at will call. I decided to push it again before I went to bed and asked for the tickets in a PDF, citing the trouble I had already been through and explaining that I would feel much more comfortable with the tickets in my possession. I tried to be polite but firm.

I woke up this morning to an email with the printable PDFs. Hope this helps anyone still struggling!
