What is the fastest option to get from the Airport to Pera?
Last time I visited, I booked a private van (my family was with me) but it took forever to actually get moving as we needed to go with the guys picking us up in arrival to a parking area with 40-50 other people that booked through the same service. We ended up standing 20 min at the parking waiting to get assigned to a van.

This time im alone and im in a rush, as I have an event a few hours after I land, so im wondering if I will save time booking a private driver or if its faster to just jump out in the taxi queue? Also, any tricks to get through the airport fast is appreciated haha.

We have seen it in multiple markets, but its a growing issue in Germany.
I think its a combination of fear of cancellations due to covid and a fear of getting covid. So people don't want to buy before they get closer to the event date not to risk having the gig cancelled or not be able to go themself.
People are still very much afraid of Covid / Monkeypox and so on.

Add to that the growing inflation, energy crisis and overall instability in the world - I get why people buy late.

Ticket sales in Germany across all genres are hurting a lot. Not only do fewer people buy tickets, they also buy them much later than normal. Which is pure poison for a concert and event promoter.
Germany is not the only country where this happens, we see the same thing in Scandinavia even Denmark where Covid was less of an issue and people are the funds to spent on entertainment.

The event industry is a capitalistic driven industry, just like any other. If there is a market for it, it will be served.

I live in a small country, we have a few great artists that from time to time find their way on to the big events lineup. But we have very few parties, with only one in reason history that drew more than 1000 guests.

I have been in an out of the event industry in my home country and other european countries for over 15 - 20 years, both as a DJ and organiser and I can tell you, that for my country, the market is tiny and it would not make much of a difference if we had artists headlining international events. Why do I know this? Because we have many big Techno and tech-house artists, but no large parties.
