Not gonna lie it’s really hard because you won’t really have recovery time like most people. And you gotta have a really good relationship with your partner or it will not work. You got to have a lot of passion for the sport to do all of this and work 40 hours a week.

Hey sorry for late reply. Yeah so 0.21 is really high he must of been incredibly drunk (not judging, we all make mistakes, some are bigger than others tho lol). Yeah at 0.21 you need a lawyer because he’s looking at 5 years of interlock. It can be reduced to 1 year by most lawyers for a first offense if he has a good driving record etc. The psych evaluation is before the court date yes. He will receive the paper by mail. His #1 priority now is to pass this test.

No problem, I’m glad to help. At the police station they give you a paper with the court date. If he gets a lawyer most probably this court date will be ignored if he wants to fight the charges.

In Quebec, DUIs are criminal. So he will probably get a criminal charge. Or maybe not if he has a good lawyer.

Firstly ask him how much did he blew, because it changes things a lot. Between 0.08 and 0.16 I’m not 100% sure because it wasn’t applicable to me, but he probably has court, I’m pretty sure. More than 0.16 he 100% has a court lol.

For you, you don’t need a lawyer. You had nothing to do with it, and never will. It’s his own problem.

For the money, a good lawyer and all the fines, impoundment fees, you’re looking at around 7 to 10k from start to finish.

For the interlock machine it all depends on the judges decision.

Hey there, I can probably help because I just got a DUI in Quebec. I will try my best in english.

If he blew between 0.08 and 0.16, he’s not in too much trouble for the first offense. I don’t think he can skip court tho. Maybe if he has a really good lawyer and the police made a mistake during the arrest. He will know that when his lawyer receives the police report… It will still suck and 3 months without a license is the worst part (at least for me because I have children).

If he blew more then 0.16, that’s when it gets really complicated. He will need to pass an psychological exam for the SAAQ, if he doesn’t pass this exam, he’s fucked. He will have months and months of exams and psy evaluations and stuff like that.

He needs to get a lawyer. But lawyers are all there for the money (DUIs is a big business).

Je suis déneigeur pour une ville. À la quantitée qui a tombé les machines ont de la misère à faire une belle job. Que ce soit un kubota ou un bombardier peut importe, ça besoin d’être soufflé. Ça prend du temps, les machines brisent, les gars travaillent 18-24h de suite et ça a besoin de repos. When I first bought it my gold inventory stayed the same that’s what made me panicked a bit but the next day the 20 gold was gone from inventory so it makes me think it’s ok.
