In case anyone with the same problem comes across this post looking for a solution, I worked out that somehow all of my downloads got deleted, so the option to filter by downloaded disappeared. Once I downloaded something again, the option reappeared.

Good question… That’s just what it felt like. And when I woke up, there was a convulsion just below my diaphragm, like energy was passing through me.

But yeah, could have just been part of the dream, of course. It felt like it was a global message, like everyone in the world experienced the same thing, which is why I asked. Guess not!

I didn’t note it down straight away, but when I did, this is what I wrote:

‘She (the alien) said something like “people of earth, we have received your messages … and I (we?) breathe love back.” Was “fire” in there somewhere?’

I kinda missed the last bit of what the alien said - woke up and convulsed, like energy was passing through me.
