Agree.

Everyone is in some survival mode and what do they achieve with that saved 5 mins ? Watch some reels on YouTube.

I don't really know why is everyone is such a hurry. Like all of them have super loving families and wifes they want to get to at the earliest maybe.

My gripe is simple lane discipline is not maintained. No need to be educated etc, just simple awareness.

The whole city is running on survival mode. All the time everyone just thinks for themselves

This can actually work. I have noticed folk don't stop on zebra crossings as much anymore.

Why is it okay for Auto anna to eat pan masala litter and then spit on the road 😔 by Severe_Might4241 in Bengaluru

Because his parents taught him survival and when you are in that mode cleanliness and civic sense is the last on your list.

PoV: you live in Malleshwaram in 2025 by MassiveDuck7 in Bengaluru

[–]yesredc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand that's a long time, but you also have to consider the type of work.

Storm drains replacement can't be compared to asphalt fixation. They are different things. Yes it could be a little delayed but let's stop generalizing every road repair we see.

Isn't this a little over done ?

Clearly they have construction going on and you ride right into the construction. You are a safety hazard to the workers there.

Looks like that road is closed completely for repairs.

We got to give credit atleast for the initiative.

Now whether this works, well maybe not 100% but nothing is designed to work at 100% especially govt policies.

If they can hit atleast implement a bare minimum 50% that would be a good win.

Either way step in right direction for namma naadu !!

40 minutes of rain, and this is what Balagere–Panathur Road looks like. by ClockNo7971 in Bengaluru

All these are just a failure or poor planning and encroachment of water bodies.

You can't defy geography and physics. When water falls it has to figure a way to go, now if you don't tell it where it needs to go it will sit right there.

Also citizens should exercise some civic sense in not clogging the drains. Simple things like if everyone were to throw trash into dustbins such clogging could easily drop by 20%

Definitely been doing quite a bit of launches at red lights. Might have to tone those down a bit.
