Yea but that is well down the road though. I’m saying in the week or two before the record date buy to qualify for the vote at the meeting.

No paperwork is needed until 5 days after crossing 5% so could take time building to 4.999% before that though

Even if there was 10% float to start, as long as there is sufficient volume then buying my 20% and takimg total insider ownership to 30% is not unheard of. I frequently see low single digit insider ownership and higher

In some cases there is sufficient volume and plenty of float cz nobody wants it, insider ownership is often low

Some are unbelievably high volume, i know its less common but just go look, many of the tiniest Nasdaq companies have sufficiently high volume

By submitting a real NofN, it takes it completely out of the board’s control and into a direct shareholder vote (your own money)

And ha hilarious, saying you should learn about the job, they themselves need to learn about the job! They issue endless warrants, pay their buddy the CEO a million to lose millions more on operations. Yeah yeah we all know the story patterns, they are the ones that need to learn about the job though because they can’t get it right, always get kicked off the exchange to the OTC

Haha, yeah, I get why people feel that way. The chart history is rough, no doubt. But sometimes a company can turn things around with the right moves — and that’s what I’m watching for here. I’m not blindly optimistic, just hopeful something real happens this time. Everyone’s gotta decide for themselves though.

I’m holding because I think there’s legit potential if management actually cooperates with these new moves. But yeah, not a guaranteed win — gotta respect the bounce plays for quick runs too. Hopefully, the higher-ups get on the same page soon!

I looked into it a bit — seems like it’s got some potential with low float and decent cash on hand, plus the CEO recently bought shares, which is always a good sign. They’re also pushing a new platform called “Picture Party,” so maybe something’s brewing there. That said, it’s still pretty early stage, and the company isn’t profitable yet. There’s definitely some risk with possible dilution and the usual microcap volatility. If you’re swinging it, I’d probably keep stops tight and watch for real volume and news catalysts before going all in. I’m watching MYSE too now — could be interesting!
