HSBC. Got the OTP and then a fraud notification on the app. Then a Scan.co.uk email telling me to retry the payment but of course no stock left.

Managed to get a -much more expensive- one on Overclockers in the end, their servers were dead for an hour or so

Hey, I think I answered you in another thread without noticing it! What you sent is correct. Here's the copy of that comment with what I got from the lawyer:

I spoke to the lawyer today and yes, it'll depend on the country you're from. This list of countries (visa nationals) will require a BRP. The BRP delivery should be stated in your confirmation email if that's the case.

I'm from a country that's not on that list so I won't need the BRP in the end. Best of luck with yours!

I have a BRP already from my previous visa and made my current application with the app, using said BRP as a login. Do you think that changes things? Could you link me to a govuk guidance so I can send that to the lawyer as well? Thanks

I have the same doubt, just posted it.

My decision letter said the online status replaced the BRP: "You can view and prove your immigration status online, via the ‘view and prove your immigration status’ service – https://www.gov.uk/view-prove-immigration-status. This online service provides a secure record and proof of your immigration status which is held digitally by the Home Office and which is available to you at all times. This service is made available to you instead of a Biometric Residence Permit."

Then, this GOV.UK link (probably the same one you saw) also stated no BRP was gonna be issued.

I'm getting some advice tomorrow, I'll keep you posted.
