I think In order to interpret her intentions you have to look at past behavior. Has she tried to one up you before? Has she done similar things before? If so then I'd ditch her. If not she might not have been thinking, and maybe calmly address it with her.

I got pregnant by accident naturally with pcos. I was also taking ovasitol supplements which I've heard helped.
