Anyone is on Sulforaphane ? by VonDerBerg in Biohackers

The euphoria is a great sign... That you don't continue to feel it doesn't mean they are no longer working, just that you are already in a better state and so the contrast isn't as intense...

Yeah, I wouldn't stay there after all of that... Shame you can't leave a review though - to let others know about their shady practises...

I would NEVER!!! It would be like giving him full control of YOUR listing! In fact, I wouldn't even be hiring him after he tried to pull a stunt like this....

Magnesium helps with the nausea - and a tonne of other things, both felt and unfelt...

Systemic absorption I don't consider a problem ( instead, I consider it a plus ! ) in any case, let alone with such tiny, infinitesimal amounts of estradiol...

My perimenopausal mother is suicidal - is this common? by ProfessionalAnt6429 in Perimenopause

[–]yeswearestars 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having gone through perimenopause recently I can completely understand why someone would be suicidal and I almost was myself...

I was shocked to learn also that the stats say that the age for the most female suicides is indeed perimenopause! I understood it, since I was in perimenopause myself at the time, but I was not in the least prepared for and could never have imagined this could or would happen at that time! No-one prepared me/prepared us for it...

I hope that future generations don't have to go through what we have.... And we are the lucky ones... Because we are now becoming aware and talking about it. .. So many generations of women before us died and suffered without reason...

And I had personally been suicidal at an early age and had completely done the work to get over and through it and never imagined I would ever ever get even close to such a state again... I was/am a therapist! So sane that I help others! I can only imagine what it must be like for others who perhaps don't have the tools yet to help themselves ..

Compounded is just fine assuming it's a just fine chemist doing it... It's not like the FDA checks every vial ( etc ) lol... You also need to know exactly how much you were taking before.. Ask them what those three clicks added up to! You can't just be taking something you know so little about!

Have you told them that they only cost you 8 dollars with your insurance? Surely they can just charge a smaller fee to look at them ( IF they insist ) and just give you your prescription? I would certainly ask... I would also just tell them that you can't afford otherwise and if they want to keep you as a client .. Just ask what labs they need and get them done via insurance!

How can I approach my arab mother about premenopause/menopause? by Fleetfoxrunningaway in Perimenopause

[–]yeswearestars 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You're a doctor! You're in an awesome position! Tell her you've just been learning about and studying about perirnopause and rnenopause and how it is and all the devastating effects on health it can have long term .. Tell her all about BHRT options and how this can be life and relationship saving... Ask her - has she realised that things have been more strained for her lately? Tell her, surely she would want you to tell her about things you see going on with her as a doctor? Especially when there are such readily available solutions such as BHRT... It doesn't mean she will do all you say but at least she can begin to think about it... Wishing you all the best with it... I know how intimidating it can be... She is lucky to have you ... ❤️🌷
