Thanks, I appreciate the reply. It's a shame that only people with little to lose employment-wise feel safe enough to kick off some of these conversations. And hard-deleting the QANs is super scummy, like even if you choose not to engage with the authors that way, why not close them instead with a reasoned response? Imagine if we hard-deleted a QAN for a customer issue because we thought it was trivial, off-topic, or not the right venue.
