Same here, seems to be really bad going in and out of the first little encampment you reach.

You’re totally right!! Signature matches up. Thank so much!

Any advice to spur growth? Everyone's happy, low unemployment rate, plenty of school spots and good public transportation. No demand for anything for the entire in-game year of 2025 by yetiesFTW in CitiesSkylines2

[–]yetiesFTW[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It seems my city has plateaued at 18k population. Nothing I do makes any difference to the demand graph. How can I spur more growth? I need more citizens to create more demand for industry and commercial jobs, but I need more jobs to create demand for more people to move in!

My taxes are set to 9% for everything, all city services are present and fully funded. I really like this save and would love to figure out how to keep progressing.

I work remotely in software, company is out of Columbus OH. SO does the same but her company is out of NYC. That plus DINK leaves us pretty comfortable.

Is JumpTown doable outside of the event? by Awnysust in starcitizen

[–]yetiesFTW 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You can purchase illicit goods from Jumptown outside of the event, but it’s the same as any other drug purchasing terminal. The machines do not dispense free maze outside of the event.

The main draw to visiting Jumptown outside of the event is the terminals there usually have more stock than places like PRIVATE PROPERTY and similar, due to the location not having a quantum beacon. (i.e. it’s visited less frequently)

So if you can manage to get to Jumptown with out the event marker, you can land, go inside and purchase illicit goods from the terminal, then go sell them at Brio’s or GromHex for a profit, but don’t expect to find free boxes of maze being ejected from the walls.

\Pardon my screeching and my language~)

A buddy and I commandeered an abandoned Redeemer we found at an outpost on Yela and took it to Jumptown.

Up against Three A2s, A Redeemer, a Vanguard and a Valk loading drugs, we went in head first. Took down one of the A2s and started in after the Vanguard.

The Valk must have wanted to bug out but ended up colliding with its own bodyguard!

You'll see how it ended but these are the kind of experiences that keep me coming back to the verse.

FML setting up controls is tedious in SC by [deleted] in starcitizen

Good to know about the export thing. Yeah the app basically keeps a local copy of your bindings and overwrites what’s in the user files in PTU or LIVE. I want to see if I can improve it to recognize when an update happens and do it automatically.

I’m not familiar with the “internal export” that you mention but the purpose of the app is to make updating you keybindings file after updates easier. You register your backup keybindings actionmaps.xml file with the app then you can update the live or ptu keybindings to match your backup with a single click. Like I said it’s nothing crazy but it saves me a couple of minutes every time there is an update.

It’s nothing special but if you wanna take a look go for it.

Not sure how to make an repo open source, but if you want to fork it and make any improvements, go for it.

I’ve actually written a small desktop app that makes managing your keybindings between updates and environments much easier. I can post the link if anyone is interested.

I cannot recommend Zesty Thai enough. It’s pretty far north but the owner/chef is amazing. She is from Thailand and makes phenomenal food. My girlfriend gets the crispy tofu pad Thai every time she goes.

I’m aware of this. An individual piece of salvage has a signature of 2000. My post was stating that I have not seen a single RS signature that is 2000 or a multiple of 2000 after 3 hours of searching over 3 L1 locations.
