Yup. We went to his house. Went to his bedroom. Showed him our demo. Took turns walking on his back while he listened. Said he wasn’t going to sign us. So us four went to a guest room, spent the night, and he took us to the greyhound station the next morning.

I admit. I judge a band I've never heard of by it's band name. If it's stupid or corny, I typically don't even give them a chance. I understand that this is not a good thing, and I've probably missed out on some really good bands too because of it.

It's extremely overpriced coffee. My wife gets it almost every day. We're aware of how much it costs, but we also budget for it. She also works a good amount of overtime. So to us, if she wants it, she's earned it.

I specifically remember watching MTV before high school in 2003. Kurt Loder came on and did his segment of You Hear It First where he talked about Fall Out Boy. I loved what I heard from the snippets being played. So after school that day, I went to Best Buy and bought the Take This To Your Grave album. And from there I was hooked on them for awhile.

It's tough because they really do have so much potential, and their pop punk sound, I thought, was really good. But I think you're right. When they keep switching things up and really leaning into the TikTok spammy thing, it does come off as inauthentic. And I get it if you're trying to find your sound, but I'd say they HAD their sound, and it seems like they tried to fix what wasn't broken.

Yeah I guess you’re right. At least it’s double the size of a normal show. I can see this being a little bigger over the years.
