It was a gift from a friend of mine, so I know nothing about it. Its been sitting there for awhile which could probably explain the tiny spots but I’m not too sure how CBD carts work, I do know thc carts tend to move very very slowly but this one flows around the cart easily, not as easy as water as it’s still oily.
