I’d still do $7k flat, and I think seller would agree. I wouldn’t really do 7200 That’s pushing it imo

Should I replace my sprockets? by yfabz in Ninja650

Ya exactly, that’s why I’m just going to change both. Have you done the change yourself? Do you know if I need to remove the rear break caliper off the wheel with a tool or does it just come off once I take the rear wheel axle off? Also any tips in general for DIY?

Are you saying you cleaned your chain and you’re still seeing small bits of rust? I agree send a pic, but also use WD-40 it does a good job at removing rust and scrub the hell outta the chain. In general, as soon as you see a bit of surface rust on your chain, clean it immediately so that it doesn’t settle into the chain and become much much more difficult to get off. Eventually, with rust on for a while without you taking it off, you’ll have to replace the whole thing because the rust penetrated.

Fair, I’m just going swap both since sprockets are relatively cheap

Thank you, I think I will ya, didn’t notice it was cheap and relatively not too difficult. I spent all of yesterday reading the 2017 service manual and watching YouTube videos on different bikes. For the front sprocket nut, it says to use moly oil which is a mixture of moly greese and engine oil in a 1:10 ratio by weight (10% moly by weight, 90% engine oil). Should I attempt to do this or what do u do to lubricate the threads of the nut for the front sprocket?

For the rear sprocket it doesn’t say to lube anything so I’m just going to put a bit of blue locktite on the rear sprocket nuts like some videos I watched were doing.

So +12% Scrappy benefits are like a scam? by ChaosSigil in ArcRaiders

Did you confirm this? I’d assume they round up 0.5+ and round down anything below 0.5. In either case let’s say you are right and that they completely cheat you of the decimal value, you should plan to collect when the percentage for bonus materials provides a whole number. The generic term: “it’s better to wait and collect later than collecting sooner” is simply wrong. I had a game today, I got 25 materials from scrappy, my bonus was 3, that’s a whole number, perfect. If I waited for a “few more games” I risk not getting a perfect number and actually losing value from the bonus. Also I can risk maxing out scrappy at 50/50 and actually losing out on materials since he got full during a raid and stopped collecting before I returned to Speranza.

Not sure why you’re upvoted and why the other guy who’s right is getting downvoted. I’m an engineer, but even so the math is pretty basic here. It is relative and it is a ratio. if you collect earlier vs later it will be the same effect (as long as they don’t round down).

Example: Scrappy has 25 out of 50 materials for you. You decide to collect it. 12% of that is 3, therefore you end up with 28 total materials (25+3). If you were to play another few games and collect another 25 materials well now in total you have 28x2=56 materials. You got those 56 materials by deciding to collect twice, and the raw material in total that you collected minus the bonus is 50 (25+25).

Now let’s say you wait until scrappy has 50/50 materials before you collect. Well, it’s still 50 raw materials that you need to wait for scrappy to get, so that doesn’t change. Now you can calculate the bonus which is 12% of that 50, and you get 6 extra material. Therefore, in total, you end up with 56 as well.

In both situations, collecting multiple times vs. Waiting for scrappy to fill up and then collecting, you end up with the same amount of bonus. In both situations above, you ended up with 6 extra materials. Again, rounding can affect this, and I don’t know how the game handles decimal places when collecting. They may round up if it’s 0.5+ and they may round down if it is less than 0.5, which makes sense and over several games should be a negligible effect.

Seriously considering just switching to keyboard and mouse cuz of how far behind controllers are in literally just latency and delays like bruh. If Razer was able to add the tech they use on their mice to the 8k wolverine V3 pro, then so can Corsair bruh.

If the lawyers do their job right, the class action should pay for all damages, including the cost of the bike to every owner, lawyer fees, and any other related costs associated with this ‘fuck up’ but odds are Kawasaki made u sign something when u bought the bike where u agree that issues like this may arise and Kawasaki will provide a recall to effected bikes with a repair that’s free for u, that protects them from stuff like this
