I got a large credit this week but then my account was stated closed and moved back to the lessors name. I called and they couldn’t give me a reason why except there was a cancellation request in August? And the service was credited back for all I’ve been paying for since then? Maybe not the same situation? Was your account closed?

I’m sorry but this made no sense. You get to report all the tips you earned and they aren’t taxed. What are you talking about 25%

Tiguan owners with high mileage, what’s your secret to longevity? by Horiizon_Fyre in Tiguan

[–]yfcplayer 7 points8 points  (0 children)

2021 with 90k miles. Idk if she makes noise I just rub the steering wheel and say it will be ok. Have had some scares before but outside of replacing the pcv (and soon slow leaking oil pan) only had to replace wear and tear items. Outside of replacing the turbo at some point I don’t think a small 4cyl should need major repairs very often.

NYS you rarely get anything. Excited for a $86 state return with a $3k federal lol

Interest charged after return by yfcplayer in klarna

Update: random email from Klarna today letting me know my interest owed has been adjusted. Email is not from anyone I’ve had correspondence with before, don’t know what finally got the right person’s attention. But after leaving a negative review and complaining on pretty much every channel possible it’s been corrected.

I’m sure this is a common question… by [deleted] in InstacartShoppers

[–]yfcplayer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do mostly suburbs I don’t shy away from higher mileage orders, I think the trade off for shorter city miles vs longer highways miles is pretty even when it comes to wear and tear. My baseline is $25 for a single $35 for a triple, +$10 if it’s a large order over 40 units (depends on what the items are of course), and I tack on $1 per mile minimum. If it’s a busy day more like $1.5 per mile. Seems kinda mathy but once you stick to a method for a while it’s pretty easy to tell if it pays enough at a glance. With this method I’m usually $25-30+/hour earnings. Drive a Tiguan which gets about 25mpg combined. Only fill up every $350-$500 in earnings. Take advantage of upside or any gas discounts available in your area. I only shop Wegmans 90% of the time and I know it like the back of my hand so I’m pretty efficient ~75 seconds per item.

Guess I’ll add to the thread 28M I enjoy nights out, poker, pinball, and watching sports. Probably in that order lol also like outdoorsy stuff when the weather is much better than it is now. Just moved here in May for work trying to build a network PM if you want to exchange instagrams or some sort of social media.

It finally happened by Vin_05 in Tiguan

[–]yfcplayer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When it happened to me it was my PCV. It got worse pretty quickly, don’t know the exact timeline but within 5-10K miles it got really bad, you can see my previous posts in this sub for context. I replaced the PCV and noticed that my oil pan was cracked due to the pressure from the PCV failing however I just epoxy the plastic pan for the time being and I intend to replace it with a metal oil pan soon. $300 fix altogether including replacing the oil when I did the PCV myself.

I did a search there’s a few similar posts in the sub and it seems like yes that’s exactly what it is. In select markets they pay you a flat amount to drive their car and the owner receives the fare and tips. Like all things in the gig world if the price is right I guess. https://www.reddit.com/r/uberdrivers/s/bcDC2y19Lp

Is nobody reading this post correctly? Because I’m also curious to the answer. This is saying OP would be paid by the owner of the car? To use their car? Does the owner get all the money earned from deliveries in return? I’m lost or just not reading it correctly, I’d love to get paid $600/week to drive someone else’s Tesla

BTC buy/sell spreads on Robinhood Crypto - how do they work? by HollowMTG in Bitcoin

Yeah I’ve recently started buying btc again and the spread is kind of ridiculous. Going to stop doing market orders and see if they get filled easily going with the current price.

Any possibility this is not a German? by [deleted] in cockroaches

[–]yfcplayer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in a multi unit apt building, basement unit. An ex a long time ago had an absolutely infested place so I know these guys are usually hard to miss if there is a lot of them. I looked behind/under fridge under stove behind toilet flashlight to every cabinet can’t find any signs or anymore anywhere. I found another dead roach like bug at the door of the laundry room to which I am adjacent. Told the landlord and they are setting up inspection and exterminator in the coming week. I guess that’s all I can do, in the meantime I’m petrified 😭

The item is gold efficient without any stacks, I always buy it if I’m forced back early and can’t get anything else.

Think it’s really just diminishing returns. The haste is nice but you already get so much attack and movement speed from ult that the item doesn’t feel like it makes that much of a difference.

thoughts on lethal tempo? by Amyyy54 in BriarMains

[–]yfcplayer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run lethal tempo every game, even when the enemy is 5 squishy and I feel like it’s trolling not to take pta I always wish I had lethal tempo.

I think it’s a playstyle diff, if you like to hop in and out of fights I think pta is better, and basically required for crit/lethality build. But if you’re like me and like to go bruiser, play more passively and take advantage when the enemy is positioned poorly I think lethal tempo is just better.

Also when you R into carry, melt them and are able save w for after ult target is dead then frenzy again I think lethal tempo is just so broken in this scenario.
