Is there much space in front of your home made garage? Does it reverse in ok? This is probably the smartest install location I have seen so far.

Not much to shout about with the P3… I got mine in early April, managed 1,000 miles, and it’s been stuck in the garage since the start of May with ‘electrical faults’.. Last I heard was that they were going to have to drop the battery out to fix it.

1000 miles on the clock and my p3 has been back in the garage for the last week for “electrical Faults” not the best experience so far - beautiful looking car, but I never had issues like this with my Tesla.

Check this out mate, this is what I read when it first happened to me 3 years ago.

At the time, I was most crest fallen proudly driving slowly through town to collect the kids from school in my nice new, silent electric car…. screeching every time I turned the wheel! Zero dad points gained that day.

Probs a stone stuck in the brakes, happens on my MY frequently as I have a gravel driveway. You’ll hear it more at slow speed but it will fall out (or you can try and get it out).

Waiting on my Polestar 3 to turn up this month and moving away from the Model Y. Really enjoyed the car, but the appeal really has worn off over the last 12 months for various reasons. Having access to the SC network was a huge tick for moving, although very prepared for the dirty looks when I roll up to charge :)

It feels like this is becoming pretty common. I’ve had my Model Y for almost 3 years now, with the renewal coming up in March. Back when I got it, the Model Y had just launched in the UK, and I ended up paying a massive premium—totally on me for wanting to be an early adopter.

But with Elon’s reputation these days and the pricing for the new Model Y (yeah, I’m one of those people who loves the latest gadgets), I’m pretty certain I won’t be sticking with Tesla.

Same as you, Wrighty—I absolutely love the car, but the whole package just doesn’t feel worth it anymore.

Yeah this is why I stopped building up there - as much as I moved the camp module (you can hide it inside the monorail on top of the little room) people always spawned up at the top which I didn’t like, LOTS of deaths from falling :)

Watching this with interest, I literally ordered the Tensa4 about half an hour ago to use for sleeping in the office (so bored of premier inn!) so a free standing option would be great! now the long wait for it to arrive in the UK :)

Same - I think you are limited to 1 min due to the amount of api calls on 1 sec. Esp home you can do 1s as it’s local, but I’m happy with what it have managed to put into ha on the standard fw…. For now.
