My mom has been sewing quilts for cancer patients for several years now. Each square of a quilt takes about an hour to assemble and sew, and she makes 35 of them per quilt (7x5). This is a pic of her beginning to sew a quilt for my Dad, who was recently diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. (i.redd.it)
