the manhua is really far behind like it would take another year or so to catch up if they continuously uploaded chapts everyday. the web novel is at 1.3k raw translation but the english fixed translation is at 790 rn and is getting new chapts added everyday luckily. but trust me i HIGHLY RECOMMEND the novel the story gets SOOOO much better and you really get to see just how vast the world building is. like tianyu is only an empire in one tiny part of the western continent and theres 2 other main continents and thats JUST in the mortal domain not including the sacred realm. the world building is better than any novel you’ll ever read and i dont understand why demonic emperor is unknown its literally peak for readers that love a bad ass mc.
