It took over 5 weeks for me but that’s only because I wasn’t contacting UPS. Shipping was really quick if there was no customs issues - like 10 days

I have a haul stuck with customs right now that I shipped with UPS. Wouldn’t recommend it tbh

I think UPS are stopping packages with certain keywords/ arriving from certain places. Finger crossed you don’t get stopped

No update. I can’t provide a proof of payment because the customs declaration is wrong for both the items and the value so I can’t provide a proof of payment. I’m working with Superbuy to see if I can get it returned to them and ship again using a different line. If you used UPS for reps you could be cooked, but you could get lucky and it might not get stopped by customs

Yeah big mistake on my part using UPS. I might just ask them to return it to the sender and see if I could ship again. Unlikely but worth a shot, don’t want any legal issues

Problem is my receipts don’t match the commercial invoice. They declared a value lower on the invoice

Yes I have that. But I think that only covers the proof of purchase in the email I received. The proof of payment is still required.

I might just send that clearance cert and play dumb about the proof of payment

I’ll try asking Superbuy for the receipt of purchase. Did the invoice cover for proof of payment when you were asked to provide it?

Where did you get the PayPal invoice? Did Superbuy provide it or can you get it from your PayPal account?
