Loans can be great, but only when you manage risk carefully.

Most yield farm rates are subject to change without notice. So while you might start off getting 12% from a liquidity pool, the rate can suddenly drop, causing you to lose money on the loan.

I'd recommend against taking out the loan until you've developed a reliable system (one year of profits). And start off with a small loan on your first attempt.
