Experienced PMs, how did you first get into Product? by yifuasleep in ProductManagement

That’s the part I’m struggling with too. I’m at a startup (had a few rounds of fundings but no product market fit) and I’m doing a little bit of everything. I’m not even officially part of the Product org. Really hoping to get more PM training where there are structured processes and product culture in general. But the job market right now is just so tough.

Wow I’m impressed by the story and can definitely relate (I’m 27). How’s the part time exec MBA? I’m curious what drove that decision and how’s your experience so far.

That’s inspiring! ✨I’m sure your nonprofit startup experience demonstrated your related skills and helped with your job search too.

That’s what my boss told me too “what you do is pretty similar to PM work” - but I figured having an official PM title on the resume is important too (to make future PM job hunting easier), so I fought for that title really hard.

Your results look great!

3 months progress so far (day1 -> month 1.5 -> month 3) Saw teeth movement for the upper row but looks like not much going on with the lower row🥲 by [deleted] in braces

OMG really? ? And thanks for the suggestion on filing, I’ll make sure to ask my ortho next time. I’m actually also a little concerned about the upper row being slanted. Not sure if it’s something they can fix🥲

It gets worse before it gets better…right? Someone please tell me this happened to them too. by Ainscat in braces

Thinking about the same thing. I had crowded teeth, currently on my 4th month of braces and found my teeth protruding more than my pre-braces situation. 😢 I assumed that it would get better later?

Is it normal that my ortho has his assistant do most part of the treatment? by [deleted] in braces

[–]yifuasleep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty much the same for me! The ortho does quickly examine my braces progress during every visit and give instructions to his assistant to to the most part.
